About
Camp Linyanti

Cradled in the north-western corner of the game-rich Chobe National Park, lies the eco-friendly and earthy Camp Linyanti. Boasting only five rooms, Camp Linyanti offers guests an authentic and intimate safari experience. Located on the Linyanti lagoon with views of unexplored waterways, riverine forests and floodplains; Camp Linyanti is one of the Chobe’s hidden gems.

The Linyanti lagoon is fed by the floods from both the Chobe and Kwando rivers. This particular pocket offers one of the best game viewing areas in Botswana. It’s a birding paradise and there is an abundance of elephant herds during the dry winter season.

There is only accommodation for 10 people in rustic ensuite tents, including one tent that is romantically kitted out for a honeymoon couple. This is a camp for visitors who prefer privacy.

In the distance lies Namibia’s Caprivi strip, which is a narrow protrusion of land linking Zimbabwe, Zambia and northern Botswana. The diverse habitat, endless views and exceptional game viewing make the Linyanti a sought after destination.

Visit Camp Linyanti for an experience in remote Botswana, hosted by passionate, knowledgeable guides who will uncover the secrets of the Linyanti and show guests a never before seen side to this elephant paradise.
